Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING

We currently ship to the UK, the USA and select countries in the EU. Please read the below information carefully before placing your order. 

Shipping Rates & Timeframes

  • UK Royal Mail Standard (3-5 working days, tracked) - £3.00
  • UK Royal Mail First Class (1-2 working days, tracked) - £4.50
  • UK DPD Next Working Day (next working day, tracked) - £6.50
  • EU DHL Express Shipping (3-4 working days, tracked) £20.00 excluding customs charges*
  • USA DHL Express Shipping (3-4 working days, tracked) - £18.00

No customs will be charged if ordering to the UK. Provided your order total is less than $800, no customs will be charged if ordering to the US. 

*Please note that orders to the EU will be subject to your own local jurisdiction's custom/import charges, and this applies irrespective of the value of the order. These are the responsibility of the customer to pay upon receipt of the parcel. Toco Swim are not responsible for these costs (and cannot control the level of custom charges per individual country). In the event that a parcel is refused and returned to Toco Swim due to not paying the charge, the cost of this will be deducted from the final refund given to the customer. 

At present, we ship to: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, The Netherlands, Sweden and Spain. 

Orders are picked and packed Monday-Saturday and usually shipped the same day, or the following morning if placed in the evening. If you have any issues with your order, please email help@tocoswim.com.  

RETURNS

If you are not happy with your order, you can return it for a full refund (minus shipping paid) within 14 days of receipt, provided your order was not purchased in the sale (sale items are eligible to be returned for store credit only). In order to be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unstained and with all labels and tags in tact. All returned items go through a rigorous check process. If any marks (e.g. deodorant, bodily fluids, fake tan, make-up), stains or signs of wear are identified the item will be returned to the customer without a refund. The customer is liable for the cost of return shipping, please maintain proof of postage in the event of an issues or delays. 

Please follow the process on the returns form included within your parcel. Our returns address is: PressPlay Limited, C/O Toco Swim, Unit 7 Zone A, Chelmsford Road Industrial Estate, Chelmsford Road, Great Dunmow, Essex, CM6 1HD. 

Please note that as much as we would love to, we do not cover the cost to return items to us - the customer is liable for this expense. We recommend getting a tracked service and retaining proof of postage. 

Whilst returns are usually processed in a timely manner, please allow up to 10 working days for funds to appear in your bank account. If you have not received it after this time please email help@tocoswim.com and we will investigate. 

Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges due to fluctuating stock levels. If you wish to swap for another size, please order the revised size and return the original size for a full refund.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

It's important you take care of your swimwear to give it the longest life possible! 

Hand wash in cold soapy water and dry flat in shade, out of any direct sunlight. The fabric is not suitable for machine washing or tumble drying and we do not recommend washing it in hot water. 

Avoid contact with rough surfaces that could damage the fabric (e.g. stone pool surfaces).

Avoid excessive contact with sun creams and oils and hand wash after each use. 

Please note that bright colours and prints are more susceptible to fading if exposed to excessive sunlight or highly chlorinated environments such as spa jacuzzis. We recommend avoiding this sort of exposure and always leaving your swimwear to dry in the shade.
