Shipping
UK Shipping
All orders are shipped from our UK warehouse and so if you are ordering from within the UK, no customs charges will apply.
We offer 3 shipping options within the UK:
- Royal Mail TR24 (1-2 days, tracked) - £5.00
- Royal Mail TR48 (2-4 days, tracked) - £3.50
- DPD Next Working Day Delivery (when ordered before 1pm, excludes weekends) - £7.00
USA Shipping
All orders are shipped from our UK warehouse. Provided your order total is less than $800, no customs duties will be payable when your order arrives.
We offer 1 shipping option to the USA:
- DHL Express Shipping (3-4 working days) - £12.00 (~ $15*)

Australia Shipping
All orders are shipped from our UK warehouse and so customs and import duties may apply.
We offer 1 shipping option to Australia:
- DHL Express Shipping (3-7 working days) - £12.00 (~ AUD23*)

Unfortunately, we are unable to estimate the value of local customs and import duties payable on individual orders. We recommend you contact your local customs offices before placing your order. We are not liable for payment of any customs duties on your order and any orders returns to us due to refusal of customs duties will be refunded net of shipping fees both to and from your destination.
European Shipping
We currently offer shipping to the following countries within Europe: Ireland, Netherlands and Switzerland. Unfortunately, we have temporarily suspended shipping to other European destinations at present.
Important information - Customs & Duties
It is important to acknowledge prior to placing your order that your order will be subject to customs charges, and we are unable to estimate the value of customs, taxes and duties payable - this is set and determined by your local jurisdiction.
We are not liable for payment of any customs or import duties or foreign taxes on your order and any orders returned to us or rejected will be refunded net of shipping fees both to and from your destination, and any import charges or taxes incurred by Toco in receiving the product back into the UK warehouse.
ROW Shipping
All orders are shipped from our UK warehouse and so customs and import duties may apply. We currently offer shipping to several countries outside of the UK, USA, Australia and EU including Hong Kong, Canada, Mexico, Dubai and Switzerland. If you cannot find your shipping destination listed, please contact us on info@tocoswim.com and we may be able to assist.
We offer 1 shipping option to other international locations:
- DHL Express Shipping (3-7 working days) - £20.00
Unfortunately, we are unable to estimate the value of local customs and import duties payable on individual orders. We recommend you contact your local customs offices before placing your order. We are not liable for payment of any customs duties on your order and any orders returns to us due to refusal of customs duties will be refunded net of shipping fees both to and from your destination.
If orders are placed before 1pm (UK time) on a weekday, your order will be dispatched on the same day. Otherwise, it will be dispatched on the following working day.
Returns & Exchanges
Black Friday Returns
Items purchased during our Black Friday Sale that are not marked as 'Final Sale' are eligible for return in line with our usual returns policy (i.e. they may be returned in exchange for a refund, exchange or store credit via our returns portal). We do discourage people from ordering multiple sizes where possible due to limited stock availability - we are always available to help with size advice either via our web chat, email (info@tocoswim.com) or via DM on Instagram.
Final Sale
Any items marked as 'Final Sale' are not eligible for a refund. If you wish to return the item, you may do so for Store Credit only. We are happy to assist with exchanges subject to stock availability.
*Please Read*
In order to be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unstained and with all labels and tags in tact. All returned items go through a rigorous checking process. If any marks (e.g. deodorant, bodily fluids, fake tan, make-up), stains or signs of wear are identified the item will be returned to the customer without a refund - we operate a strict policy on this for hygiene reasons and so please check your items thoroughly before sending them back to us to avoid any disappointment.
UK Returns
Unfortunately, we do not offer free returns, however we do offer free shipping on any replacements requested as part of an exchange. You have 14 days from receipt of your order to return any unwanted items to us for a full refund (minus any original shipping paid).
How to return
Please visit our Returns Portal to start your return. You will have the option to either use our prepaid label which is a tracked Royal Mail service for a flat fee of £5 which will be deducted from your refund, OR you can choose own return shipping method.
International Returns
Please visit our Returns Portal to start your return. You will have the option to either purchase a returns label directly via our returns portal, OR you can choose own return shipping method. Unfortunately we do not offer free returns, however replacement items are shipped to you free of charge should you wish to exchange your order.

Please ensure to complete all necessary customs declarations to ensure you return your order as a returned good to avoid any customs fees being payable upon arrival in the UK. Any customs fees incurred due to incorrect customs declarations will be deducted from your final refund. Any fees incurred as a result of a delivery being rejected and returned to sender will be deducted from the final refund amount.
FAQs
How long will it take for my refund to arrive?
You will receive an email once your return has been completed (please allow for up to 5-7 working days for your return to be processed after it has been received, and 5 working dates thereafter for the funds to appear back into your account). If you have not received confirmation of the return being processed after this period of time, you can email help@tocoswim.com.
Can I return sale items?
Throughout the year, we run various promotions where you may purchase items on sale. These sale items are eligible for a refund in the same way as a full priced item would be eligible.
At the end of the season, or if a product is being discontinued, we may run 'final sale' promotions. These will be clearly marked on the website and within the product description and these items are only eligible for store credit upon their return.
Can I exchange my item?
Yes! Please email help@tocoswim.com if you would like to exchange your item. Due to fluctuating stock levels, this is currently a manual process whilst we work on setting up our UK returns portal.
We are always happy to exchange items and all replacements are shipped out free of charge (worldwide). All exchanges are subject to stock availability and may only be exchanged with an item of equivalent value. If the replaced item differs in price, we will need to refund your original order upon its return, and you will need to order your replacement.
