For every destination except the UAE, duties, customs and taxes are already built into the price you see while you're browsing — they're not added at checkout, and nothing extra is ever charged on delivery.

In the UAE, import VAT and duty are calculated per order and added within the shipping charge at checkout — see the United Arab Emirates shipping rates above for details. Either way, nothing extra is ever charged on delivery.

In order to be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unstained, unmarked and with all labels and tags intact.

All returned items go through a rigorous checking process.

• For hygiene purposes, kindly use underwear when trying on your order;
• Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in the original condition;
• Return will not be accepted, and a refund will not be issued, if items have marks or stains of any kind (including deodorant, bodily fluids, fake tan or make-up);
• Items must not contain any sign of perfume, smoke or pet hair;
• If any of the above conditions are not met, your item(s) will be returned to your original shipping address and no refund will be processed.

We operate a strict policy on this for hygiene reasons and so please check your items thoroughly before sending them back to avoid any disappointment.

Should you refuse delivery of an item that has been returned to you due to it being damaged, it will be disposed of and no refund will be processed.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• If you wish to exchange your item, we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement out to you.

Unfortunately, we do not offer free returns, however we do offer free shipping on any replacements requested as part of an exchange. You have 14 days from receipt of your order to return any unwanted items to us for a full refund (minus any original shipping paid and net of a £5 return shipping fee, which includes the cost of your prepaid returns label).

Please visit our Returns Portal to start your return. From there, you can download a prepaid shipping label to send your item(s) back to us. A flat fee of £5 will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of the return label.

These flat fees apply to returns for a refund. They do not apply to exchanges for customers in the United States and Australia, which are free (see International Exchanges below).

All international orders dispatched from 5 October 2026 onwards will arrive in a reusable mailer bag — please use this bag for your return, to avoid any additional charges.

Australia: prefer to arrange your own return shipping? Mark the parcel “returned goods” on the customs declaration, or you may be charged import duty when it re-enters the UK. Our return label avoids this automatically — it’s a fully tracked service with the correct paperwork already in place.

We’re happy to say we now offer free exchanges for our US and Australian customers. Shop with confidence — you can swap your size without hefty shipping fees and find your perfect fit.

Start your exchange via our Returns Portal and select “exchange”. We’ll provide a prepaid return label and ship your replacement to you free of charge — no return fee is deducted.
