Job Title: Social Media Intern (2 openings)

What are we looking for?

We are looking for two creative, driven, enthusiastic and self-motivated social media gurus to join our team in London. Toco is a fast-growing luxury swimwear e-commerce brand, empowering women globally to feel confident and sexy in swimwear. We are looking for someone to work closely with the Founder Team to develop and execute strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement, and take our socials to the next level.


Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation:

    • Develop engaging and visually appealing content for various social media platforms showcasing our product and brand values (content includes but is not limited to stories, reels, posts, carousels, TikTok videos and Meta Ad content) across Instagram and TikTok.
    • Drive innovative content concepts, including interactive experiences, competitions, and immersive storytelling, to deepen customer engagement

    Social Media Management and Community Engagement:

      • Foster a positive and engaging online community by responding to user-generated content, comments, messages and mentions in a timely and authentic manner;
      • Monitor social media trends and competitor activities,  incorporating relevant strategies to enhance the company's online presence;
      • Manage the social media content calendar, ensuring timely and strategic posting of content, promotions, and campaigns; and
      • Ensure consistent brand messaging, visuals, and quality across all digital touch-points.

      Campaign Support:

        • Assist in the planning and execution of our SS24 Swimwear Campaign and ad hoc photoshoots, including capturing and repurposing BTS, and planning a clear content strategy accordingly;
        • Influencer Outreach: identifying potential influencers (micro and macro) to work with via either a gifted or paid basis;
        • Coordinate and build relationships with those influencers and brand ambassadors/affiliates for content collaboration and promotion as well as curating user generated content for use on socials.

      Analytics and Reporting:

        • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) on social media platforms (these will be shared with you as and when you commence the role).
        • Provide a monthly report on social media metrics and insights, suggesting areas for improvement and growth.


          • Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram and TikTok notably), trends, and best practices.
          • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
          • Basic knowledge of photography and photo/video editing tools.
          • Familiarity with Canva, Figma, CapCut and Google Sheets preferred, but not a requirement.
          • Creative mindset with an eye for aesthetics.
          • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
          • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects/deadlines
