What are we looking for?
We are looking for a creative and motivated Social Media Intern to join our marketing team for a paid, part-time six-month internship, working with the team in our London HO in Wandsworth. This entry level role is ideal for a student/graduate or someone looking to crack into the industry with a strong interest in social media, content creation, and digital marketing. The role will likely include travel to support content creation, events, and shoots.
You’ll thrive here if you love the pace of a scale-up, take real ownership, and feel comfortable wearing multiple hats - from supporting community events to analysing social trends and shaping standout content.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning, creating, and scheduling content across social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn)
- Edit short form video content using CapCut, including captions, transitions, and trending audio
- Support the creation of engaging captions, stories, reels, and TikTok content
- Assist with in office and on location content creation, including filming and photoshoots
- Travel with the team where required to support events, campaigns, or shoots
- Monitor social media channels, responding to comments and messages in line with brand tone
- Must be comfortable on camera - we regularly share BTS moments and employee generated content on our socials
- Help track and report on social media performance using insights and analytics
- Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates, and industry analysis
- May be required to support with PR and influencer outreach tasks + event planning
Skills and Requirements
- Strong interest in social media and short form video content
- Strong familiarity with Instagram and TikTok content format
- Intermediate CapCut video editing skills
- Good written communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Experience with Canva or similar tools is preferred but not required
- Organised, proactive, and eager to learn
- Comfortable working in office and travelling when required

Currently studying or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Digital Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required)
