We're Hiring
We're looking for someone creative, energetic and swimwear obsessed to join our team in January to support with the launch of our SS27 collection.
The Role
This is a hands-on role from day one, working behind the scenes during our busiest months of the year. That means:
- Assisting on shoots, both in London and abroad. This will involve mood boarding, capturing content on set and helping organise looks and the daily shooting schedule
- Helping build out content plans with our Head of Socials, from ideation through to creating and editing the content
- Organising content. We take A LOT during high season, so being ultra organised is of the utmost importance. Get ready to memorise every style and colour name in your first week!
- Independently tracking trends and the current social scene (aka being chronically online, in a healthy way!)
- Helping our events run smoothly, from working the floor at our annual pop-up to community events and more
- Being proactive. If you prefer a role where you wait to be told what to do, this isn't the one for you. Bringing fresh ideas to the table and initiating concepts is crucial to thriving here. We want a self-starter with the confidence to put their ideas forward
Who We're Looking For
You must be:
- First and foremost, enthusiastic, proactive and super organised
- A real people person
- Experienced in using CapCut Pro for editing
- Comfortable in front of (and behind) the camera
- Adaptable, able to multi-task and get stuck in with anything
What Can You Expect?
We're a small but mighty team of four, based in our office in Wandsworth, London. We want someone who can seamlessly slot into our team, bringing their own ideas to the table and passionate about growing the brand as we launch our biggest collection to date.
The role is fast paced, broad but, most importantly, fun!
The Important Details
Our office in Wandsworth, SW London is home base, but expect the odd shoot somewhere beautiful and far from London. A valid passport is a must!
24 weeks, commencing 11 January 2027
3 days per week, in person (Mon, Tues and either Weds or Thurs), 9am-5pm
There may occasionally be requirements to add hours here and there during busy periods, which will be paid at the same hourly rate.
Hourly rate of the London Living Wage, currently £15.45

Practical Assessment & Interview
We'll invite you to complete a project-based creative task, which you'll present to us in person, followed by an interview where you can ask us anything about the role and we'll get to know you a little better!

The vibes are SO important in the Toco office. We spend a lot of time together, so for our final round, a casual coffee is the best way to get to know you in a more relaxed setting before we choose our successful candidate!
