Gift Card Terms & Conditions

Please read the following terms carefully before purchasing or redeeming a Toco Swim gift card.

Validity

• Toco Swim gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. The expiry date will be included in the gift card confirmation email.
• Store credit issued in place of a refund (for example, for sale item returns) is treated as a gift card for the purposes of these terms and is also valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
• It is the responsibility of the gift card holder to use the balance before it expires. We're unable to reissue or extend the validity of an expired gift card.

Redemption

• Gift cards can be redeemed online at tocoswim.com only, and cannot currently be used in person or via any other channel.
• Gift cards can be used towards the purchase of any item on the site and can be combined with other valid discount codes, unless stated otherwise at checkout.
• If an order total is less than the gift card balance, the remaining balance will stay on the gift card for use on a future order (within the 12-month validity period).
• If an order total exceeds the gift card balance, the difference must be paid using another payment method.

Purchases & Value

• Gift cards are issued digitally by email and are available in fixed denominations as shown at the time of purchase.
• Gift cards are issued in GBP (£) and cannot be exchanged for cash, in full or in part, except where required by law.
• Gift cards cannot be used to purchase further gift cards.

Lost, Stolen or Misused Gift Cards

• Toco Swim gift cards are treated like cash. We are not able to replace a gift card that has been lost, stolen, or used without your permission, so please keep your gift card code safe.
• We reserve the right to refuse redemption of a gift card if we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse.
