As a result of Brexit, customers are now liable for customs/duties on their parcels and this was causing confusion/parcels being refused so we have had to stop shipping to Europe for now. We hope to find a solution to this soon.

All of our orders are shipped from the UK. If you are purchasing from within the UK, there will be no additional customs due on receipt of your purchase.
For all international orders, you will be liable to cover the cost of any local import or customs duty when your purchase arrives. This includes all European orders following post-Brexit customs changes. If you reject delivery of an item due to custom charges, Toco Swim will deduct the cost of return shipping from the value of your refund.
All orders will be packed and shipped within 48 hours of purchase. For next day shipping within the UK, your order needs to be placed before 12pm.
All of our UK packages are dispatched with Royal Mail from our UK Warehouse. Please allow for 3-5 working days for standard delivery and if you choose express shipping and order before 12pm it will arrive the following day.
All international orders are dispatched with DHL. Please allow for 3-4 working days to receive your parcel.

Returns and exchanges
If you are not happy with your order, you can return it to us for a full refund (excluding the shipping cost originally paid). This must be done within 14 days from receipt of you order in order to receive a refund. Please note that you will be liable for the cost of return shipping.
You must send your item(s) back to us unworn, unstained, unmarked and with all tags and hygiene labels still intact. Please note, if any of the items are damaged, stained or marked in any way you will not be entitled to a refund. This includes any markings from bodily fluids, make-up, deodarant, fake tan etc. Please use our Returns Portal (linked below) to complete your return. We always recommend sending items back to us using a recorded service so we can easily locate items if they go missing in transit! Toco Swim are not liable for any items lost in transit and will not refund items until received and checked.
Please allow up to 10 working days to receive your refund.
Please ensure to check your returns thoroughly for marks and stains before returning as items which are damaged will be returned to you.
Additional Instruction for International Returns: For all International Returns, please ensure to declare that the items are 'returned goods' on your customs declaration form. If this box is not ticked, customs duty will be charged on arrival to the UK and your parcel will be refused on delivery and returned to you without a refund.
Due to fluctuating levels of stock, we do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange your Swim for a different piece, please order the item you would like and return your old item using our returns form linked in the 'Can I return my product for a refund' section above.
As much as we'd love to cover the cost of your returns, we are still a small brand and therefore ask that you cover the cost of shipping the items back to us.
Unfortunately orders are not able to be amended once they have been made. Please ensure you double check your order carefully before you place it to prevent any mistakes being made.

It's important you take care of your swimwear to give it the longest life possible!
Hand wash in cold soapy water and dry flat in shade, out of any direct sunlight. The fabric is not suitable for machine washing or tumble drying and we do not recommend washing it in hot water.
Avoid contact with rough surfaces that could damage the fabric (e.g. stone pool surfaces).
Avoid excessive contact with sun creams and oils and hand wash after each use.
We recommend avoiding contact with warm/hot water of sauna-like conditions and avoid wearing your swim in jacuzzis due to varying level of chemicals.
