You will receive an order completion e-mail once we have processed and dispatched your order. This will contain a link to your unique tracking link where you will be able to track your order. If, for any reason, there is a problem with you tracking link, please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org where we will be happy to assist!

Returns and Exchanges
We always aim to make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. You must send it back to us within 14 days of receipt - unworn, unstained and with all tags and hygiene labels still intact. For returns, please complete the following form and send it back together with your swimwear to the address enclosed.
Most importantly, all returns must abide by our returns policy which you can find HERE. For all International Returns, please ensure to declare that the items are 'returned goods' on your customs declaration form. If this box is not ticked, customs duty will be charged on arrival to the UK and your parcel will be refused on delivery and returned to you without a refund.
We no longer accept exchanges. If you wish to exchange your Swim for a different piece, please order the item you would like and return your old item using our returns form linked in the 'Can I return my product for a refund' section above.
Note, this change has been made effective Monday 19th August 2019. Any exchanges already en route to us will be processed according to our old system and you will be e-mailed accordingly.
As much as we'd love to cover the cost of your returns and exchanges, we're still a small brand and therefore ask that you cover the cost of shipping the items back to us. We bear the expense of shipping all exchanges back to you - don't worry about that!
