Shipping
UK Shipping
All orders are shipped from our UK warehouse.
We offer 3 shipping options within the UK:
- Royal Mail TR48 (2-4 days, tracked) - £3.50
- Royal Mail TR24 (1-2 days, tracked) - £5.00
- DPD Next Working Day Delivery (when ordered before 2pm Monday-Thursday, excludes weekends) - £7.00
International Shipping
All shipments are sent from our UK warehouse. We ship worldwide. International shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on delivery country. All payable duties and taxes will be displayed at check-out and no additional charges will be incurred on delivery.
Duties and Customs
All duties and customs will be calculated and included at checkout. We guarantee there will be no additional duties or taxes to pay upon delivery.
Returns
Return Policy
- In order to be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unstained, unmarked and with all labels and tags in tact.
All returned items go through a rigorous checking process.

- For hygiene purposes, kindly use underwear when trying on your order;
- Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in the original condition;
- Return will not be accepted, and a refund will not be issued, if items have marks or stains or any kind (including, but not limited to, deodorant, bodily fluids, fake tan and make-up)
- Items must not contain any sign of perfume, smoke or pet hair;
- If any of the above conditions are not met, your item(s) will be returned to your original shipping address and no refund will be processed.
We operate a strict policy on this for hygiene reasons and so please check your items thoroughly before sending them back to us to avoid any disappointment.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- If you wish to exchange your item, we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement out to you.
UK Returns
Unfortunately, we do not offer free returns, however we do offer free shipping on any replacements requested as part of an exchange. You have 14 days from receipt of your order to return any unwanted items to us for a full refund (minus any original shipping paid and net of a flat fee should you wish to use our prepaid returns labels).
How to return
Please visit our Returns Portal to start your return. You will have the option to either use our prepaid label which is a tracked Royal Mail service for a flat fee of £5 which will be deducted from your refund, OR you can choose your own return shipping method.
International Returns
Please visit our Returns Portal to start your return. You will have the option to use a prepaid returns label which is downloadable via our returns portal, or you can choose your own return shipping method. Unfortunately we do not offer free returns - you will be refunded net of the cost associated with your prepaid returns label - this will vary depending on where you are posting your return back to us.
International Exchanges
Unfortunately, we do not offer international exchanges at this time. If you would like to replace your item, we recommend placing your order for your replacement item at the same time as returning your unwanted pieces for a refund.

FAQs
How long will it take for my refund to arrive?
You will receive an email once your return has been completed (please allow for up to 5-7 working days for your return to be processed after it has been received, and 5 working dates thereafter for the funds to appear back into your account). If you have not received confirmation of the return being processed after this period of time, you can email help@tocoswim.com for assistance.
Can I return sale items?
Throughout the year, we run various promotions where you may purchase items on sale. These sale items are eligible for a refund in the same way as a full priced item would be eligible.
At the end of the season, or if a product is being discontinued, we may run 'final sale' promotions. These will be clearly marked on the website and within the product description and these items are only eligible for store credit upon their return.
Can I exchange my item?
Yes! Please email help@tocoswim.com if you would like to exchange your item. Due to fluctuating stock levels, this is currently a manual process whilst we work on setting up our UK returns portal.
We are always happy to exchange items and all replacements are shipped out free of charge (worldwide). All exchanges are subject to stock availability and may only be exchanged with an item of equivalent value. If the replaced item differs in price, we will need to refund your original order upon its return, and you will need to order your replacement.
Order quantities
Please note we have a maximum basket size of 10 units. If you are stuck on sizing and would like guidance, please check out our fit guide or feel free to reach out to us over our socials for assistance.
